T.I. and Tiny is currently being investigated by the LAPD after a woman claimed she was assaulted by the couple in 2005.

Trigger warning: this article contains details of rape and sexual assault.

The LAPD have opened up a sexual assault and drugging investigation against rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris, according to a new report from The Daily Beast.

The woman, who is not publicly identifying herself, spoke with detectives and said that an assault occurred in 2005. She is being represented by New York based-lawyer Tyrone A. Blackburn, who is also representing Rachelle Jenks, a woman who filed similar allegations against T.I. and Tiny in Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. (Back in March Blackburn, who is representing nearly a dozen women who have made allegations against the couple, sent letters to authorities in California and Georgia, describing these instances as a pattern of “events of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment.”)

In the case of Jane Doe and Jenks, Tiny plays a crucial role. In both cases, Tiny is the one that gives the woman a sip of her Patrón Tequila. In both scenarios, the women soon get dizzy and sick.

Doe is claiming that T.I. stuck a toe in her vagina. She then rushed to the bathroom to throw up and woke up feeling “very sore” with “a burning/itching sensation.”

With Jenks’ 2010 assault, she claims that after she had the drink — with some MDMA — she felt dizzy. At one point, Tameka asked Jenks to perform oral sex, which she did, and T.I. later had intercourse with her. Jenks said her drink was spiked and she was illegally drugged so she couldn’t have consented to intercourse with either.

Jenks’ case gets even more disturbing. In her statement, she wrote that T.I. took her to Los Angeles and Miami without her consent. “I was having screaming fits. I was crying and T.I. forced me to have sex with him on his tour bus in LA,” she wrote.

In her official report she wrote that since these incidents occurred her “life has never been the same. I have been sick and confused.”

T.I. and Tiny have repeatedly denied all wrongdoing in these cases.

“These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid shakedown campaign that began on social media and now attempts to manipulate the press and misuse the justice system,” the couple’s lawyer Steve Sadow told the New York Times in March.

The couple has not yet responded to the investigation opened by the LAPD.
